I am an identical twin,
and we are now 50 years young. I was vacationing in
Colorado at my children's house over the
Thanksgiving holiday while my twin stayed home in
California (we now live together again).
I had gone to Wal-Mart the
day before I was to leave, and I saw these sweaters
and thought they were perfect for us. So I got my
twin sister a beige sweater with speckles, and I got
myself a blueish-purple speckled sweater.
The next day when I
arrived at the airport, I was wearing my sweater. As
I drew closer to my twin sister I noticed that she
had on the exact sweater that I had bought her.
With both of us standing
there with our mouths wide open, we both said "I
bought you a sweater just like that one!"
My twin sister had done
the exact same thing, while I was gone. So now we
both have two sweaters.
