Now
my mother is old and I moved my dear sister to live
near me. I moved her out of the state she had always
been in. My husband and I work full-time and have
children, so we were unable to take her full time,
since she requires 24 hour care, and it was too much
for us, at this time.
I
love her dearly and she is somewhat a Savant, in
music. We spend as much time together now when we
can. She also is Diabetic and I had to learn how to
give her insulin shots. And being that I hate
needles, I recently overcame this fear, for the love
of my sister.
My
twin and I have a deep connection and I will care
and love her for the rest of my life. Two years ago
she almost died and was on life support for 4 months
or so. It tore my heart out.
When she
awoke from her comaI knew
I had to help her. Today she
sits at the piano and plays so well. I am happy to
have my twin!
